Desire to Inspire

I just wanted to pass on my gratitude to the fabulous Desire to Inspire blog.....since posting my little blog on their special Easter read weekend I have meet some lovely new people and discovered many more beautiful blogs !!

It's Autumn..........

My favourite Robinia Tree will be loosing it's leaves very soon and my gorgeous Tibouchina is in bloom..............I love the colours together...........

Favourite find.....

Today this is my favourite find of the day......

I found it on a lovely blog called Sanctuary that I have just discovered.......ahhhhh I love blogging !!!

Down on the farm.....

We had a lovely weekend with a group of friends on a Cow Farm !!!

It was a long 2.5 hour drive to get there.......viewing the scenery along - the way the colours of the landscape struck me as predominantly being......russet greens, subtle greys and grey browns with warm oranges.....






With a bit of texture and simple timber furniture, some organic shapes - this earthy colour scheme wouldn't be difficult to turn into a Modern Australian decor theme.....................perhaps accents with some Australian wildflowers for a bit of impact colour.........what do you think ?

A great time was had by all !!
